Cooling effect of Commodities

The slowing growth has reduced the demand of raw material. The crude prices are dropping continuously from June end. The metals like zinc, copper and aluminum is also facing the down market from past two weeks.
The equity market is worst hit due to the depreciation of the currencies against dollar. Many economist counts that the crisis can make the iron ore and steel prices, which is study till now, can look down as other metals.
In future, the worst hit will be the mining companies, which already are facing hard due to the mining bill which makes them to share twenty six percent to share of the net profit with the local mining areas.
